  • 1.紫薯去皮切片。
  • 2.蒸熟,我蒸了20分钟。

  • 5.用刮刀棒把锅壁上紫薯刮到锅底,放入100克面粉3克酵母。
  • 6.选择时间30秒速度3搅拌成比较粘稠的面糊。
  • 7.碗了铺上油纸,将紫薯面糊用刮刀棒舀出,最后抹一点水,将面糊表面抹平。
  • 8.盖上盖子,醒发至两倍高,在有暖气的房间大概20分钟左右。
  • 9.用蔓越莓干和枸杞摆个自己喜欢的造型,直接撒上去也可以哦。
  • 10.洗干净的主锅里加600克水,选择时间30分钟温度V速度反转小勺,蒸熟后再焖5分钟。
  • 11.去掉油纸,用漂亮的盘中盛放。松软香甜的发糕就蒸好了,口感绵软,奶香浓郁,营养丰富。
