麻婆日本豆腐
2011.03.03!昨天晚上快10点,同学告诉我说法律论文成绩出来了,我怀着忐忑加不安的心情看了,结果都转成了失落加生气……失落是我的得分不高但基本上大家都不高,生气是平时看上去不学也不怎么上课的人居然挺高……世道啊!天理啊!现在更担心的是期末考试,千万别不过啊,不过话说这法律真的很难,而且和中国的法律都不太一样,学了回去也不实用啊!考试还要记案件名称和条文名称,那么多外国人奇怪的名字,怎么记么!真不知道当初为什么学law。
所以今天觉得做个辣的吃,刺激一下,因为我平时基本上吃不了太多辣子,做好之后真的好香,估计中午又会多吃一碗米饭了,嘿嘿。

  • 麻婆豆腐调料1袋
  • 压缩木耳半块
  • 高汤或水适量

  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 少许
  • 料酒少许

Steps to make 麻婆日本豆腐

  • 1.木耳用盐水泡开,我只用了一半!日本豆腐一条,但上面写的是韩文,奇怪!瘦肉一块,我不喜欢吃肥肉。
  • 2.肉切末,用料酒和胡椒粉腌一下,我不太会切,只能弄成这样了。
  • 3.木耳洗净,放热水里稍微煮一下,煮好后放在凉水里过一下,捞出控干。
  • 4.锅洗净,水烧开,加一点盐,把豆腐煮一下,煮好后放在凉水里过一下,捞出控干。
  • 5.倒一点点橄榄油在锅里。
  • 6.油7成热时,倒入肉末翻炒。
  • 7.肉末变色后,倒入麻婆豆腐调料,炒匀。
  • 8.炒匀后,加入一半控干的黑木耳,继续炒。
  • 9.炒一小会儿后,加入适量的水,当然有高汤更好。
  • 10.待煮开后,放入豆腐,煮到豆腐入味。
  • 11.出锅!来碗米饭,舒服啊。
