自制香煎鱼豆腐

Steps to make 自制香煎鱼豆腐

  • 1.准备主要食材:葱姜切碎加少许温水浸泡,巴沙鱼清洗干净切块,玉米淀粉,鸡蛋一个。
  • 2.鱼肉放进电动搅拌机,加盐,鸡蛋,糖,白胡椒粉,玉米淀粉,葱姜水,料酒,原汁酱油。
  • 3.搅拌成细腻的鱼肉糜,搅拌好的鱼肉有黏性,抄起一块可以挂在铲子上不掉,这样的状态是最好的。
  • 4..耐高温模具刷油,把鱼肉糜放进去压平。
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜,牙签扎排气孔,水开后上火蒸25-30分钟(注意!鱼肉糜放容器的8分满就可以,蒸的时候还会变大涨高)。
  • 6.蒸好的鱼肉糕不要马上脱模,等散去热气温温的再脱模。
  • 7.脱模后切成大一点的方块。
  • 8.不粘煎锅中放少许油,把鱼肉块放进去,煎到每一面都发黄上色。
  • 9.如图,记得用中小火,防止变糊。
  • 10.自制鱼豆腐完成了,鱼肉鲜香q弹,在家给孩子做一盘鱼豆腐,无添加更放心,营养健康易消化。
