  • 食用油75克
  • 糖浆225克
  • 枧水4克
  • 鸡蛋一个

Steps to make 广式月饼

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.糖浆里面倒入食用油和枧水
  • 3.搅拌均匀至糖浆和食用油融合
  • 4.筛入月饼粉
  • 5.慢慢揉成面团
  • 6.将月饼馅料分成25克一个的团团,将面团分成20克一个的团团
  • 7.面团按平之后放入馅料
  • 8.收口包好之后团城圆团
  • 9.放入月饼中(模具中可以放入适量的面粉或者是抹点食用油都可以)
  • 10.压紧倒扣出来
  • 11.做好所有的月饼之后烤箱预热180度中层先烤制五分钟,定型
  • 12.然后拿出来之后抹上蛋液,继续放入烤箱中烤制25--30分钟就可以了!
