Steps to make 板栗沙茶鸭

  • 1.鸭肉剁成块清洗干净。
  • 2.准备板栗、胡萝卜、仔姜、葱段。
  • 3.烧开一锅水,将鸭肉焯水五分钟,捞起后用清水洗去血沫,沥干水分。
  • 4.起锅烧油,放入鸭块。
  • 5.炒至表面发黄。
  • 6.放入仔姜片。
  • 7.炒出香气,加适量的盐入味。
  • 8.倒入酱油、料酒、沙茶酱和白糖翻炒均匀。
  • 9.放入板栗和胡萝卜翻炒。
  • 10.加入清水,没过鸭肉的表面,大火煮开后中小火焖30~40分钟(焖的时间视鸭肉的老嫩程度而定)。
  • 11.焖至水分快收干时开盖。
  • 12.最后加入鸡精和葱段拌匀即可。
  • 13.成品。又是一道下酒的好菜。
