  • 活虾300克
  • 红椒一小节
  • 食盐1/4茶勺
  • 料酒1汤勺
  • 生抽1汤勺

Steps to make 绝味搭配—清蒸粉丝蒜茸虾

  • 1.鲜虾洗净,并剪去虾须。
  • 2.在虾的背部切开,并去除虾肠。
  • 3.全部处理好以后,用少许盐、料酒腌制片刻。
  • 4.粉丝用冷水泡软。
  • 5.控掉水份,铺在盘底。
  • 6.蒜瓣,红椒,葱分别切成末。
  • 7.冷锅冷油放入蒜茸,小火炸出香味。
  • 8.倒入碗中,加入一大勺生抽和料酒搅拌均匀。
  • 9.虾平铺在粉丝上,然后淋上料汁。
  • 10.放入开水锅中蒸3分钟关火,再闷1到2分钟。
  • 11.出锅撒上葱花即可。(也可撒几粒红椒末点缀)
