培根豌豆花卷
北方人喜欢吃馒头,我家自然也不例外。做了这么多年的馒头,积累了很多做馒头的经验,也会做很多种的花卷。而且大多都是自己的做法,自己家人喜欢的。今天做的这个培根花卷,是把西式的培根和中式的花卷相结合,来了个中西合璧,算是对家常馒头的创新吧,也是名副其实的私家花卷哦

Steps to make 培根豌豆花卷

  • 1.将所需量的米酒和水兑均匀,加入约300克的面粉搅拌成稠糊状
  • 2.25--30度保温发酵至成蜂窝状,提交增大约2倍。时间大约需要3个小时。如果温度低则需要时间会比较久。米酒发酵会比较慢,没酵母粉发酵快。
  • 3.把剩余的面粉加入发酵好的糊中,和成面团继续保温发酵至体积至2倍大小。
  • 4.熟豌豆和玉米粒放入碗中,加入洋葱碎和盐、五香粉,搅拌均匀备用
  • 5.培根切小块,
  • 6.发酵好的面团排气擀成长方片,厚度约4--5毫米,先铺上调好味的豌豆等,再把培根碎铺一层
  • 7.卷起来切段,再盖上屉布饧发约20分钟。
  • 8.上笼大火蒸25分钟。
  • 9.蒸好的花卷,食材多,味道香。
