    • 1.青萝卜洗净后切成长10厘米的宽条。
    • 2.萝卜条上撒上精盐,腌出水分,约30分钟。
    • 3.腌好的萝卜条放在通风处凉置几天,等萝卜条变得表面干燥用手轻轻拧没有水分即可。
    • 4.把萝卜条放到干净容器里,倒入开水洗掉表面脏污。
    • 5.把洗净的萝卜条晾干。
    • 6.把晾干的萝卜条收到干净容器里,倒入高度白酒。
    • 7.用手仔细的把萝卜条揉匀。
    • 8.调入一点精盐。
    • 9.洒上辣椒粉,以个人喜好酌情放入。
    • 10.洒上五香粉,建议用花椒粉,花椒粉的味道更香。
    • 11.洒上适量的麻椒,也可以不放。
    • 12.拌匀后装瓶,放置几天后即可取出食用。
