紫薯椰蓉面包
紫薯椰蓉都是我爱吃的,但很少把它们两个参和在一起吃。今天蒸的紫薯多,就搭配了椰蓉来做面包,才发现椰蓉和紫薯还是蛮搭配的,用它做馅,味道好极了。

  • 2g
  • 酵母粉3g
  • 葡萄籽油30g
  • 椰蓉50g
  • 紫薯200g
  • 黄油40g
  • 白糖30g

Steps to make 紫薯椰蓉面包

  • 1.将辅料中的黄油、熟紫薯泥和糖放入盆中
  • 2.搅拌成糊状
  • 3.加入椰蓉
  • 4.加入椰蓉
  • 5.面团料中所有材料放入面包机中,用两次和面程序,把面团揉至扩展阶段
  • 6.可以拉出手套膜
  • 7.盖上保鲜膜,室温发酵至2倍大小
  • 8.排气分剂,盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟
  • 9.取一个面剂压扁,包入馅料
  • 10.擀压成长片,中间切条,两端不要切断
  • 11.顺长方向拉长扭转
  • 12.收成圆形。
  • 13.全部做好放入烤盘
  • 14.保湿发酵至两倍左右大小,表面刷上蛋液
  • 15.烤箱180度预热5分钟,烤15分钟。
  • 16.烤好的面包,紫薯中透出满满的椰香,很好吃的
