【粉蒸排骨】配上豌豆更好吃
  家里的排骨还有很多呢,买的时候是整扇的,需要一点点儿消化掉。
  肉肉也不能天天吃,时不时的换着样子做一次。
  吃完了炸的吃蒸的,粉蒸类的菜菜最近做的真不少,就差鱼没有粉蒸了,不过很快就会有了。嘿嘿!
  正是吃豌豆的好时候,新鲜的豌豆刚刚上市,白水煮,盐水煮,炒了蒸了,好吃呢。
  粉蒸排骨配上豌豆,不错。

    Steps to make 粉蒸排骨

    • 1.  材料图,排骨需要提前泡水,中间找几次水,泡出血水。
    • 2. 碎米加十三香炒香。
    • 3.洗干净的排骨加生抽老抽盐料酒葱姜腌上。
    • 4.小笼铺上菜叶,豌豆洗好备用,将炒好的米粉倒入腌好的排骨上,抓均匀。
    • 5.排骨装进小笼,水开后上火,蒸90分钟,结束前十分钟在上面放上抓过粉的豌豆  开锅放上葱碎即可享用。
