话说一堆蛋黄实在多了,一半做了原味蛋黄饼,另一半加点芝麻,来个芝麻蛋黄饼。有芝麻的,是不是更香一点?至少,看着芝麻就觉得特有食欲。可是那一包芝麻哪儿去了呢?还好有之前用剩的一小勺,否则这么绝妙的主意就该白瞎了。天不灭人,幸之,幸之。。。

  • 低筋粉60克

  • 1.用料
  • 2.将玉米油倒入蛋黄中,充分搅拌均匀
  • 3.倒入糖粉
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.筛入面粉,调成均匀面糊
  • 6.倒入黑芝麻
  • 7.搅拌均匀
  • 8.蛋卷模在燃气灶上两面预热
  • 9.用勺舀适量面糊,放入蛋卷模中
  • 10.夹好,用小火两面加热
  • 11.待两面金黄,离火
  • 12.出锅晾凉,密封保存
