Steps to make 豆浆鲜奶酪

  • 1.吉利丁片泡入冰水,豆浆,芝麻酱,白糖,牛奶,等称好备用
  • 2.豆浆加入糖煮开,关火
  • 3.加入泡软的吉利丁,拌匀
  • 4.加入牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 5.预留100g的豆浆
  • 6.把剩余的到入模里
  • 7.用保鲜膜包起来放入冰箱,冷藏至凝固
  • 8.把那预留的豆浆加入芝麻酱,拌匀
  • 9.到入凝固的豆浆里,在放入冰箱2小是凝固,就可以了
