Steps to make 鸡蛋布丁

  • 1.首先准备好需要的食材,先把蛋清和蛋黄分离,蛋黄放入提前准备好的搅拌盆里,再加入少许细砂糖,细砂糖的用量可以根据自己喜欢的甜度增减。
  • 2.用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀后加入牛奶,边倒牛奶边用手动打蛋器搅拌。
  • 3.搅拌至蛋黄和牛奶充分融合在一起。
  • 4.然后加入少许过筛的低筋面粉,切勿加多,否则影响口感,也可以不加低筋面粉,面粉过筛,搅拌的时候蛋奶液更不容易起疙瘩。
  • 5.接着用打蛋器搅打均匀,搅拌至蛋奶液呈细腻的状态。
  • 6.再将蛋奶液过筛一遍,这样操作可以使鸡蛋布丁的口感更加细腻。
  • 7.拿出准备好的铝箔烤碗,这个配方正好是4个鸡蛋布丁的量。
  • 8.将过筛的蛋奶液均匀地倒入在4个烤碗里,8分满即可。
  • 9.东芝迷你烤箱预热至200度,上下火烘烤20分钟左右。
  • 10.烤至颜色金黄,表面起焦斑即可出炉。
  • 11.烤好的鸡蛋布丁色泽诱人,闻起来香喷喷的,吃一口超嫩滑,太好吃了。
