排骨玉米笋祛湿汤
地里的玉米长出小小的玉米笋了,鲜嫩清甜,无论是清炒还是炖汤,都非常好吃。湿热的夏天,用玉米笋来搭配薏米炖排骨,不但营养美味,还有祛湿功效哦!

Steps to make 排骨玉米笋祛湿汤

  • 1.玉米笋是玉米棒子的童年哦,剥去玉米皮、须,对半剖开。
  • 2.薏米用清水洗去浮尘。
  • 3.排骨洗净冷水下锅,加葱姜料酒,加盖煮开再煮约半分钟。
  • 4.焯水的排骨洗净血沫,与薏米一起放入高压锅,加足量的清水,起码要淹没排骨,加盖(密封)煮到上汽,再压15分钟。我的是老式高压锅,电压力锅把时间按钮调到排骨档。电饭锅或砂锅煮开后小火炖约1小时。
  • 5.换汤锅,倒入玉米笋加盖煮开。
  • 6.出锅前按自己口味加盐调味。
  • 7.玉米清甜鲜嫩,排骨软而不烂,汤色清亮,好喝又营养。
