  • 1.食材准备好;
  • 2.山药和胡萝卜分别削皮切小段,放炖盅里;

  • 4.入温水锅中,煮沸即捞出;
  • 5.羊肉放山药胡萝卜炖盅,倒入适量温水;
  • 6.新思特炖盅放蒸锅或者炖锅里,盖上锅盖;如果炖盅盖盖蒸需要50分钟,如果不盖盖蒸,30分钟即可;出锅后在羊肉汤里撒少许香葱末,盐随口味添加。
