酱香羊肉粉丝煲

  • 葱伴侣辣椒酱2勺
  • 葱伴侣豆瓣酱1勺
  • 生抽2勺

Steps to make 酱香羊肉粉丝煲

  • 1.准备主要食材:金针菇,羊肉卷,粉丝,线椒,小葱,大蒜。
  • 2.先调个酱汁,两勺葱伴侣辣椒酱,一勺葱伴侣豆瓣酱,两勺原汁酱油,再放盐,糖,白胡椒粉,3勺清水混合均匀。
  • 3.粉丝泡软,线椒切圈,小葱大蒜切碎备用。
  • 4.锅中放清水,水开后放羊肉卷焯水后捞出来。
  • 5.砂锅底部铺上一层金针菇,上面放泡好的粉丝,最上面铺羊肉卷,把辣椒圈,调制好的料汁倒进去。
  • 6.盖上盖子,中火炖3分钟。
  • 7.关火后放葱蒜碎,烧一点热油浇上去。
  • 8.香喷喷的酱香羊肉粉丝煲制作完成。
  • 9.酱香浓郁,香辣开胃。
