Steps to make 素肉丁剁椒炸酱面

  • 1.豆腐切小丁备用,圆白菜洗净,切细丝铺在碗底备用。
  • 2.锅中倒油烧热,下豆腐丁。
  • 3.小火煎至表面金黄盛出。
  • 4.倒入葱姜末爆香。
  • 5.再加入熟芝麻。
  • 6.加入剁椒炒出香味。
  • 7.加入欣和豆瓣酱。
  • 8.加入糖、少许清水略煮,最后加入鸡精调味即可。
  • 9.锅中做水,水开后下面条煮熟。
  • 10.将面条捞出,过冷开水,沥干水分,盛入铺了圆白菜丝的碗中,加入做好的素肉丁酱拌匀即可。
