    • 1.酸菜泡洗干净。
    • 2.一片叶子片成两片(为了切的丝更细一些)切成丝。
    • 3.切好的酸菜丝用水投洗一遍挤干水分。
    • 4.新鲜的小绿尖椒碎,葱花,蒜瓣。
    • 5.油锅烧热,我用了一点油渣,下入蒜瓣炒出蒜香,下入葱花和小绿尖椒碎爆香。
    • 6.入酸菜翻炒五分钟,调入少许生抽,蚝油,花椒粉,最后撒入适量盐,鸡精调味即可。
