意式面条沙拉
形状小巧的意大利面除了当作主食浇上酱汁以外,还常用来做面条沙拉。今天用经典的意大利Pesto拌面酱椒大家做地道的意式面条沙拉。

  • 西红柿2个
  • 芝麻菜150g
  • 帕尔马火腿100g
  • 马苏里拉奶酪200g
  • Pesto酱2勺
  • 黄芥末酱1勺

Steps to make 意式面条沙拉

  • 1.做沙拉的意面一定要用小巧的,例如蝴蝶面,螺旋面。我这里用的是贝壳面。不同于吃意面的帕马森干酪粉,做沙拉用的帕马森干酪要擦成片状。花生可以换成任意你喜欢的坚果,但注意要事先无油锅内烘烤一下。
  • 2.加盐放入意面煮熟,煮意面面要冷水下锅。
  • 3.煮面的同时,洗净芝麻菜并沥干水分;番茄切小块;火腿撕碎;马苏里拉奶酪切片。
  • 4.因为配料有番茄,所以Pesto酱我用了红酱(以干番茄为底的)。
  • 5.面煮好后一定要用冷水把外面的淀粉全部洗掉,不然很黏。
  • 6.面条沥干水分,加入黄芥末酱和Pesto酱拌匀,备用。
  • 7.拿一个大碗,先放入芝麻菜,火腿和马苏里拉奶酪。
  • 8.放入果醋,盐,黑胡椒,蜂蜜调味。
  • 9.然后倒入意面,拌匀。
  • 10.再加入番茄,花生和蒜泥,拌匀。
  • 11.最后撒入帕马森干酪片,完成!
