Steps to make 火龙果布丁

  • 1.火龙果切半用圆形挖球器挖出来几个完整的球形火龙果备用。剩下的果肉也全部挖出来。
  • 2.布丁玻璃器皿煮开消毒。
  • 3.准备吉利丁片两张。
  • 4.将吉利丁片剪开用凉开水泡软。
  • 5.剩余的火龙果肉装入料理杯中加入淡奶油和牛奶
  • 6.加入细砂糖
  • 7.用料理机搅拌成糊状。
  • 8.泡软的吉利丁片倒去水后放少许牛奶。放微波炉加热30秒
  • 9.用手动打蛋器将加热的牛奶和吉利丁片一起搅拌均匀至吉利丁片完全融化。
  • 10.将火龙果糊倒入牛奶吉利丁片的大碗中
  • 11.将火龙果糊和牛奶吉利丁液一起搅拌均匀即可。
  • 12.小心的将做好的布丁液倒入玻璃器皿中8、9分满。
  • 13.放入冰箱冷藏2小时左右至布丁凝固。
  • 14.做好的布丁取出放上挖好的火龙果球即可享用。
  • 15.炎炎夏日消暑解渴的一款好吃的甜品。
  • 16.建议24小时内食用完。
