红豆馅酥皮月饼
今天是我们的传统节日中秋节,月饼是这一天的必食之品。月饼圆又圆,又是合家分吃,象征着团圆和睦。时至今日,品种更加繁多,风味因地各异。其中广式、京式、滇式、苏式、潮式等月饼广为人们所喜爱。我比较喜爱苏式月饼,它制作简单容易上手,烤好的月饼皮层酥松、 松脆、香酥、层酥相叠,咬一口直掉渣呢!

  • 红小豆250g

Steps to make 红豆馅酥皮月饼

  • 1.红小豆冲洗浸泡一晚,然后用高压锅煮烂
  • 2.煮熟的红小豆入料理机打成糊
  • 3.中途加红糖继续翻炒
  • 4.中途加红糖继续翻炒
  • 5.翻炒至没有水分豆沙馅就做好了
  • 6.然后团成小圆球备用(剩余的豆沙馅放冰箱保存)
  • 7.150克面粉加40克糖和30克玉米油和成水油皮面团,110克面粉加50克玉米油和成油酥面团,盖保鲜膜饧10分钟
  • 8.两种面团各分成9份
  • 9.水油皮擀开包上油酥
  • 10.收口向下,然后擀开
  • 11.卷起来,依次全部做好盖保鲜膜饧10分钟
  • 12.取一个生胚折三下
  • 13.再擀成圆形状包上豆沙馅
  • 14.全部包完
  • 15.放烤盘里
  • 16.提前预热烤箱190度上下火烤40分钟即可
