燕麦红薯饼
燕麦红薯饼,是一道美味可口的小吃。用红薯泥和燕麦,糯米粉和匀,做成扁状小饼,粘上白芝麻,然后煎或油炸制而成。口感软糯微甜、香味醇厚,老少皆宜,健康美味。秋季正是吃红薯上市的季节,这个时候的红薯也特别好吃,可以试试这道小吃。

Steps to make 燕麦红薯饼

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.红薯去皮、洗净放笼屉蒸熟。
  • 3.把蒸熟的红薯捣成泥。
  • 4.取适量的燕麦,这次我用的是Myllyn Paras即食燕麦片,芬兰进口,口感更好。
  • 5.糯米粉、燕麦和砂糖(因为红薯本身也有甜味,可以适量减少砂糖的用量。)加入红薯泥中。
  • 6.揉成均匀的面团。
  • 7.将面团分成若干小份,取一小份搓成圆球,用手按扁成饼。表面粘上适量的白芝麻。
  • 8.同样的方法做好其它的红薯饼。
  • 9.油锅烧热,下入红薯饼。
  • 10.小火慢炸到饼浮起,再稍微炸一会即可捞起食用。
  • 11.趁热食用口感更好。
