Steps to make 麻薯恐龙蛋

  • 1.牛奶,盐,白糖,黄油放入不粘锅内小火搅拌。
  • 2.微微冒泡的时候就差不多了。
  • 3.加入低筋面粉搅拌,直接加锅里也可以,倒出来也行。
  • 4.搅拌后再加入木薯粉。
  • 5.倒入不粘锅内,小火继续搅拌,搅成图中面糊就可以关火了。鸡蛋液分三次加入,每次都要等完全被吸收了再加。
  • 6.加入黑芝麻。
  • 7.鸡蛋液可能不需要完全加完的,自己看面糊状态,搅拌好后是这样一个状态,不是太稠提起也不会掉落
  • 8. 烤箱预热180℃ 10分钟。预热的时候把面糊分成小团放入烤盘中。你可以用裱花袋挤压,也可以直接戴手套分成小团。用裱花袋的话记得把手指打湿然后把顶部的尖尖压下去。这样更美观。
  • 9.摆入预热好的烤箱中。
  • 10.风焙烤模式180℃烤25分钟。
  • 11.看着一个个恐龙蛋满满膨胀感觉好欣喜。
  • 12.完成了。
