【台湾】手工黑芝麻花生牛轧糖

牛轧糖一直以来大家都很喜欢,也分为麦芽糖浆和棉花糖版本的,这款是棉花糖版本的,属于简易版本的,做起来非常简单,蔓越莓和花生的组合,口味感觉更好!吃喜欢吃牛轧糖,但是嫌熬糖浆麻烦的话,可以试试!

  • 全脂奶粉100克

Steps to make 【台湾】手工黑芝麻花生牛轧糖

  • 1.准备好全部食材:棉花糖150克、熟黑芝麻80克、熟花生70克、全脂奶粉100克、黄油25克;
  • 2.黄油倒入不粘锅里,电磁炉火锅档300-600瓦加热至熔化;
  • 3.倒入棉花糖一起继续加热并搅拌至棉花糖熔化;
  • 4.棉花糖熔化之后,跟黄油搅拌均匀,倒入奶粉,搅拌均匀;
  • 5.电磁炉关火后,再倒入黑芝麻和花生搅拌均匀;
  • 6.搅拌均匀后迅速倒入牛轧糖整形盘里,用擀面杖擀平表面;
  • 7.等牛轧糖完全晾凉之后,用菜刀切成宽2cm左右的长条;
  • 8.再切成4cm左右的长度。切好之后,分散开来;
  • 9.牛轧糖切好之后,包上一张食用糯米纸,再放入牛轧糖包装纸里面,包好即可!
