  • 5.大蒜切丁备用。
  • 6.油锅烧至六成熟倒入玉米油,倒入大蒜煸炒均匀。
  • 7.倒入洋葱一起煸炒一分钟出香味。
  • 8.捞出洋葱,倒入五花肉煸炒。
  • 9.入冰糖一起煸炒。
  • 10.加入桂皮,香叶,八角一起煸炒,五香粉。
  • 11.倒入洋葱一起煸炒。
  • 12.倒入香菇一起煸炒。
  • 13.取小碗,入清水,生抽,盐,老抽调均匀。
  • 14.倒入与五花肉一起煸炒。
  • 15.加入适量清水,大火烧开,转小火烧30分钟。
  • 16.加入两个熟鸡蛋,继续小火烧10分钟
  • 17.大火收汁即可就出锅。
