  • 1.准备原材料五花肉、鸡蛋、香菇、圆葱。
  • 2.鸡蛋煮熟去皮洗净沥干水份备用。
  • 3.香菇和圆葱处理干净切成大小均匀的块状。
  • 4.锅中倒入底油加热放入圆葱大火煸起来。
  • 5.圆葱煸出水份成半干糊状。
  • 6.五花肉洗净沥干水份放入锅中大火煸出油。
  • 7.五花肉炒至变色出油放入葱姜炒出香味。
  • 8.放入香菇和炒好的圆葱块一起翻炒均匀。
  • 9.放入调味料花椒、八角、糖、一品鲜酱油、蚝油炒匀。
  • 10.添加适量清水大火炖起来。
  • 11.同时放入鸡蛋一起炖这样更加入味。
  • 12.炖至八成熟时放入盐改中小火慢炖。
  • 13.炖至鸡蛋入味五花肉完全熟透即可出锅享用。
  • 14.蒸好的小米大米饭装入碗中压实倒扣在盘中将香菇卤肉饭淋在上面再摆一个卤蛋和油菜就大功告成了。
  • 15.搭配盐焗鹌鹑蛋和哈密瓜一起吃非常棒。
