Steps to make 双椒蒸鱼头

  • 1.鱼头清洗干净用盐、料酒,抹匀表面腌渍十分钟。
  • 2.小米椒+黄灯笼辣椒酱+大蒜末+葱花+姜丝。
  • 3.放入豆豉、盐、味精,少许白糖,浇上滚油拌匀。
  • 4.将拌匀的辣椒平铺在鱼头上。
  • 5.加入生抽、老抽,水开放入鱼头大火蒸8分钟。
  • 6.蒸好后关火焖2分钟。
  • 7.蒸好的鱼头。
  • 8.蒸好的鱼头洒上葱花,浇上滚油。
  • 9.鱼嫩汤鲜。
