南瓜烤鱼
天气太热,来个简单的烤箱菜。

  • 李锦记蒜蓉豆豉酱2大匙
  • 料酒2大匙
  • 生抽2茶匙
  • 2茶匙

Steps to make 南瓜烤鱼

  • 1.烤盘铺上锡箔纸,刷上油。
  • 2.洋葱比较小,用了3个。
  • 3.日本小南瓜(贝贝南瓜)半个去籽去皮。(用削皮刀很轻易就把皮削了。)
  • 4.南瓜切片铺放在烤盘上。
  • 5.洋葱切大片铺放在南瓜上。
  • 6.撒上少许盐。
  • 7.金鲳鱼清理干净,两面划井字,用盐和料酒里外抹一遍,腌10-15分钟,然后用水冲洗一遍,擦干水份。
  • 8.李锦记蒜蓉豆豉酱加入料酒,生抽和糖拌匀。
  • 9.把鱼里外抹上酱汁,放在烤盘上。
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱,华氏420度(摄氏215度)烤25分钟。
  • 11.拿出刷上一层油。
  • 12.翻面,刷上一层油,放入烤箱继续烤15分钟。
  • 13.白玉菇去蒂洗净。
  • 14.放上白玉菇,继续烤10分钟。
  • 15.出炉。
  • 16.撒上葱丝装饰一下即可。
  • 17.菜肉一盘端。
