Steps to make 蒜蓉生蚝

  • 1.买来的生蚝。
  • 2.将生蚝的外壳刷洗干净,打开生蚝。
  • 3.打开壳的生蚝水开后入锅蒸。
  • 4.水开后蒸制5分钟即可。
  • 5.准备蒜蓉、红椒圈、香葱花。
  • 6.锅中放入适量的食用油,下入蒜蓉小火炒制(这样蒜香味浓),再放入料酒,生抽、蚝油翻炒一下即可。
  • 7.放入红椒圈出锅。
  • 8.将炒好的蒜蓉酱分别放入每个生蚝上,鲜香味美的生蚝可以品尝了。
