Steps to make 虎皮蛋糕卷

  • 1.原料这样
  • 2.将蛋黄、蜂蜜、糖粉倒入搅拌缸内,快速搅打至颜色乳黄、略浓稠;
  • 3.加入盐和过筛后的玉米淀粉,慢速混合至无干粉;
  • 4.将色拉油加入,慢速混合均匀,停下机器,手动将边缘拌匀;
  • 5.将拌好的面糊倒入铺有油纸的烤盘中,刮平;
  • 6.德普烤箱选择焙烤档,提前预热至185度,放入烤盘,位置中上层,烤制8min,上色即可。
  • 7.出炉后扯油纸的一角,将蛋糕体滑落在凉网上,将四边的油纸撕开,冷却。冷却后,用另一张干净的油纸盖住表面,迅速翻转,让表面朝下,撕开上面的油纸,将准备好的馅料摸在蛋糕上面,卷起来冷藏定型30分钟。
