【圣诞树桩蛋糕】

  • 全蛋250g
  • 低筋粉75g
  • 幼砂糖125g
  • 牛奶45g
  • 黑巧克力150g
  • 黄油30g

Steps to make 【圣诞树桩蛋糕】

  • 1.准备所需食材
  • 2.烤盘内先铺好油纸,烤箱预热180度
  • 3.蛋液内加入砂糖打发
  • 4.打发至提起打蛋头滴落后蛋糊不会马上消失
  • 5.将低粉筛入,以切拌手法快速搅拌均匀
  • 6.缓缓倒入牛奶,切拌蛋糊至光滑细腻
  • 7.倒入烤盘内,用刮刀刮平表面
  • 8.放台面上轻磕几下,震去大气泡,送入烤箱,180度,中层,16分钟
  • 9.烤好取出,放在晾凉架上,撕去四周油纸,待凉
  • 10.黑巧克力和黄油一起放入锅内,隔水加热至融化
  • 11.将晾凉后的蛋糕片翻面,均匀涂上蓝莓果酱(最前端不用涂)
  • 12.由下往上轻轻将蛋糕片提起卷好
  • 13.将蛋糕由3分之一处斜面切断
  • 14.将融化好的巧克力搅拌均匀
  • 15.待稍凉后用勺子将巧克力浆涂于蛋糕表面
  • 16.待巧克力浆凉后,变稍硬时用叉子将表面刮出纹路,最后插上一些小装饰即可
