土豆泥面包
加了土豆泥做面包,按照自己的口味减少了糖的用量,做好的面包暄软又拉丝,很好吃。

  • 高筋面粉300g
  • 土豆泥100g
  • 牛奶100g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 3g
  • 酵母3g
  • 白糖15g
  • 黄油15g
  • 蛋黄液(刷表面)

Steps to make 土豆泥面包

  • 1.土豆去皮蒸熟压成泥。
  • 2.土豆泥、牛奶、鸡蛋放入面包机内胆中。
  • 3.放入高筋面粉、酵母埋在面粉中,对角放入盐、糖。(芝麻底粉是烤面包剩下的),和面15分钟。
  • 4.放入软化的黄油,再和面20分钟。
  • 5.和好的面团取出,揉圆放盆里,盖保鲜膜放温暖处发酵。
  • 6.发酵好的面团。
  • 7.面团在面板上按揉排气,分成小份,揉圆,放烤盘里二次发酵。
  • 8.发酵到1.5倍大的面包胚,刷上蛋黄液。
  • 9.放到预热好的烤箱中,中层、上下火180℃,15分钟(上色后及时加盖锡纸)。
  • 10.新鲜出炉。
  • 11.喧软又拉丝,非常好吃。
