2、黑芝麻超市里有卖的,如果想省时省力,就直接买熟的,回家放入料理机中打碎即可,也可以在超市直接让售货员给磨成粉,糖的多少可根据自己的口味放。

  • 1.南瓜去皮去籽,切成块状,微波炉高火加热至熟软。
  • 2.准备好糯米粉、香油、糖。
  • 3.南瓜泥一点点加入糯米粉中。
  • 4.揉成软硬适中的面团,饧20分钟。
  • 5.黑芝麻放入料理机中打成粉。
  • 6.黑芝麻粉中加入糖和少许香油即可。
  • 7.取适量糯米面搓成球在手掌上按扁,放入馅心。
  • 8.收口捏紧后轻轻搓圆,煮一锅水,水开后下汤圆,再次开锅转为中火,待汤圆浮起后再煮三分钟,内馅煮透就可以关火出锅。
