手撕包菜炒肉片
包菜是一年四季都常见的蔬菜,包菜也叫圆白菜,卷心菜,包菜脆嫩的质地让很多人都很喜爱它,手撕包菜也是我常做的菜肴之一,虽说做法很简单,但是手法的的不同也会导致菜的味道和口感不一样,这道菜里加了少许的肉片,使包菜的口感更加丰富,味道也更香浓~~~

Steps to make 手撕包菜炒肉片

  • 1.主要原料
  • 2.将包菜洗净后撕成碎片
  • 3.猪肉切片备用(肥肉可以另切成片,可以煸出一部分大油,使菜的味道更香,也可选用五花肉)
  • 4.姜蒜切片,干辣椒切碎备用
  • 5.油锅烧热之前,放入肥肉片,小火煸出大油,煸至剩一些油渣时,放入花椒炝锅
  • 6.接着再把肉片放入煸炒
  • 7.炒至肉片变色时烹入料酒,下入姜蒜片
  • 8.然后将包菜也倒进去,翻炒均匀
  • 9.包菜稍焉时将干辣椒放进去
  • 10.再翻炒几下放入酱油和蚝油翻炒均匀后即可起锅
