番茄玉米排骨汤
冬日喝点汤暖暖胃最合适不过了。超级简单哦哈哈哈!
(由于在店里做的,条件有限,普通锅版*)
整个过程一小时多一点。

  • 纤排600g
  • 番茄3个
  • 玉米1个
  • 老姜1小块
  • 红枣数个

Steps to make 番茄玉米排骨汤

  • 1.排骨洗净,加一点点淀粉揉均匀。备用(炖出来的排骨会嫩一点)。
  • 2.番茄玉米切块,备用。
  • 3.锅内入适量水,一次性加足哦。再加入姜块。大火烧开,加入排骨。(由于加了淀粉,排骨要一块一块放入锅)
  • 4.继续加入玉米,转中火慢慢炖。大约30′后加入番茄转小火炖。
  • 5.番茄熟了之后,加入红枣。小火再炖一会儿就OK啦。
  • 6.开吃哈哈哈!
