Steps to make 蒜香小炒肉

  • 1.猪肉洗净切粗条,加料酒腌制去腥。
  • 2.蒜切寸段,红椒切条。
  • 3.锅内放少许油,将肥肉放进锅里煸出油,呈焦黄状时倒入瘦肉部分继续煸炒。
  • 4.炒至肉变色时加生抽、盐、糖调味。
  • 5.接着先倒入蒜白部分炒1-2分钟,再倒入蒜叶快速翻炒均匀,加少许鸡精调味就可以盛盘出锅。
