公婆家是用墨鱼干来炖排骨的,我想着好多菜都用到排骨了,于是将排骨换成了瘦肉,再用了大姐送的金针来调味,味儿十分鲜美,这也是我喜欢混搭的主要原因。朋友们喜欢尝试的可以试一下哦。温州那边喜欢用金针来炖鸡或是排骨,而湖南人喜欢用排骨来炖墨鱼干。其实混在一起也是极好的呢。
