抹茶杏仁蛋糕
非常喜欢抹茶那种淡淡的苦味还有回味的茶香。胖子为了省事,直接做的一个大个的蛋糕,里面添加了 抹茶粉和大杏仁,吃到嘴里有种淡淡的茶香。

  • 玉米油80ml
  • 糖粉60g
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 抹茶粉10g
  • 大杏仁60g
  • 牛奶70ml

Steps to make 抹茶杏仁蛋糕

  • 1.将杏仁切碎备用。
  • 2.将鸡蛋、玉米油和糖粉放入容器中。
  • 3.用打蛋器打至蛋液颜色开始变白。
  • 4.加入适量淡奶油。
  • 5.再加入适量牛奶。
  • 6.用打蛋器打匀。
  • 7.将抹茶粉、面粉和泡打粉混合过筛筛入蛋液中。
  • 8.用刮刀切拌均匀。
  • 9.加入杏仁碎。
  • 10.切拌均匀。
  • 11.将蛋糕液倒入模具中,震几下震出蛋糕液中的气泡。
  • 12.再在上面放上一些大杏仁。
  • 13.烤箱180度预热5分钟。
  • 14.放入烤架中下层,上下火,180度烤35至45分钟即可。
