蚝油芥兰炒牛肉

    Steps to make 蚝油芥兰炒牛肉

    • 1.牛肉按纹理切薄片,加入姜片和蚝油等腌料腌10至20分钟。
    • 2.起油锅下芥兰头大火炒1分钟。
    • 3.放入芥兰叶子炒匀,加盐和少许糖米酒爆炒。
    • 4.再加少许水盖锅盖1分钟后上碟备用。
    • 5.再起油锅爆香姜片,放入腌好的牛肉用大火煎两面。用炒好的芥兰菜汁加点生粉调成芡,放入牛肉中快速炒匀。
    • 6.把炒好的牛肉浇到芥兰上即可上碟。
