芒果冰淇淋
再次制作冰淇淋,

这次做的是【芒果·口味】。

自家制作冰淇淋可说是吃到你怕,

随吃随拿;

我家人吃冰淇淋不是这么娇气的;

是用比盛饭的碗还要大的碗捧着吃;

满满的一碗;

你看过有这样吃冰淇淋的麽。。。

如果在夏日喜欢吃冰淇淋的你,

可以自己在家试着做;

什么口味都可以;

方法是一样的;

就是放的水果稍微改变一下。。。

而且甜度可以增减,

反正喜欢的水果都可以试着做;

怎样,动手吧!!!

  • 芒果2粒
  • 全脂牛奶250ML
  • 淡奶油250ML
  • 蛋黄2颗
  • 细砂糖80G

Steps to make 芒果冰淇淋

  • 1.蛋黄放入奶锅里搅拌后加入细砂糖继续搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入牛奶。
  • 3.加入牛奶后与蛋黄浆搅拌均匀。
  • 4.小火边搅拌边煮至奶浆有点浓稠即可熄火。
  • 5.将芒果肉放入搅拌机里加入50ML的淡奶油。
  • 6.打拌至果泥。
  • 7.淡奶油打发至6成发,打蛋器提起时淡奶油是缓缓的滴落;然后将芒果泥加入打发好的淡奶油里。
  • 8.用打蛋器搅拌均匀后倒入保鲜盒里。
  • 9.盖上盖子后放入冰箱冷冻;每隔1个小时取出用打蛋器搅拌;然后继续放回冷冻库里;这个步骤重复3-4次。
