Steps to make 【飞禽走兽】红酒干烧鸭

  • 1.先将鸭腿洗净,浸泡20分钟。
  • 2.洗好的鸭腿控干水分。
  • 3.用刀剁成小块。
  • 4.放入料酒、盐。
  • 5.放入葱、姜、蒜腌制20分钟。
  • 6.将洋葱、香菇、菜椒洗净,葱、姜、蒜切碎。料酒、老抽、红酒等都备好。
  • 7.锅里放油,放入花椒炒出香味。
  • 8.把花椒捞出来,放入鸭肉煸炒。
  • 9.放入葱、姜、蒜煸炒2分钟。
  • 10.依次添加红酒、老抽和适量水,大火烧开转小火烧制25分钟。
  • 11.放入洋葱、香菇翻炒,倒入水淀粉、放味精和香油调味即可。
  • 12.出锅装盘,再把猕猴桃去皮切片,和淖过得菜椒丝一起摆盘即可。
