  • 1. 准备好一块猪里脊肉切丝。
  • 2.切好后放入碗中,放入一勺食盐,两勺料酒,一勺生抽,一勺蚝油,一个鸡蛋清,抓拌均匀。在加入一勺淀粉,抓拌上劲,最后倒入少许食用油。抓拌均匀腌制十分钟。
  • 3.大葱取葱白切成丝,黄瓜切丝。
  • 4.洗净的豆皮,切成均等的四方形 对折两次后摆在盘子周围。
  • 5.起锅烧油,放入肉丝,大火翻炒,炒熟后捞出控油。
  • 6.锅内留底油,放入一勺甜面酱,翻炒出香味,加入少许清水,一勺生抽,半勺老抽,两勺白糖,一勺蚝油,翻炒均匀。
  • 7.然后把肉丝放入锅内,翻炒均匀,再放入少许的水淀粉,翻炒至汤汁浓稠即可。
