牛肉咖喱饭
【牛肉咖喱饭】天热来点过瘾的重口味儿
好久没有吃咖喱饭了,临睡前,小妞儿叫住妈妈,吩咐妈妈明天中午做咖喱饭吧。
小妞儿常常如此,头天晚上都会告诉妈妈第二天想吃什么饭。每次都说的很清楚。
很棒的是,只要小妞儿点的饭菜,照数的做了,人家就吃的特别香。
这次的咖喱饭小妞儿说要吃素的,还说要用萝卜,米妈说纯萝卜多没有吃头啊,加点牛肉吧,要是你不喜欢吃肉,我们可以吃啊,小妞同意了。
于是第二天的饭就是咖喱饭,用的萝卜和牛肉,为了岔色儿,加了一点胡萝卜,咱们忽略某些说吧,胡萝卜和白萝卜放一起吃没有关系的。
小妞儿吃饭,常常想起来就要吃透,头天吃了牛肉咖喱饭,第二天又吃了土豆咖喱饭,第二天的用了全素,土豆胡萝卜洋葱,还加了秋葵,吃的也特别香。

小妞儿自己舀米自己加菜,享受着自己劳动的成果,格外的香!
第三天米妈想法让孩子忘记午饭,没有再做咖喱饭了,要是稍加提醒,妞儿一定还要咖喱饭呢!
咖喱饭属于万人迷类型的,老少通杀,做起来也比较简单,买成品的块状咖喱,只用把菜切切煮煮的,米饭蒸上就ok了。米妈倒也乐意做呢!

  • 1.材料图。
  • 2.牛肉切厘米丁,加一点儿生抽和盐抓抓。洋葱切块。
  • 3.白萝卜去皮切块,胡萝卜切块。
  • 4.腌好的牛肉,咖喱块本身味道很足了,但个人认为,用肉类做咖喱饭的时候还是要稍腌一下。
  • 5.炒锅倒一点点油,炒香洋葱。
  • 6.下牛肉块炒变色。
  • 7.放上萝卜块。
  • 8.加水煮至萝卜熟,如果有泡沫,打去,加上咖喱块,再煮五分钟。
  • 9.边煮边拌,避免糊底。将煮好的咖喱和米饭放在一起就成了。
