桂花糖米糕

  • 泡打粉2克
  • 细砂糖50克

Steps to make 桂花糖米糕

  • 1.米粉,玉米淀粉,酵母,泡打粉混合均匀
  • 2.细砂糖用温水冲开
  • 3.将糖水缓慢的倒入米粉中搅拌成浓厚的米糊,盖保鲜膜发酵5小时左右。
  • 4.发酵好的米糊用勺子挖进容器内,入蒸锅大火蒸15分钟左右
  • 5.米糊表面可装饰糖桂花,或者熟黑芝麻等等。
  • 6.成品。
