Steps to make 家庭版姜母鸭

  • 1.鸭切块,用水泡30分钟,泡出鸭血。
  • 2.生姜切片,处理好大蒜。
  • 3.鸭肉冷水下锅,锅里放几片生姜,水开撇去浮沫。
  • 4.热锅下油,炸姜片微黄,捞出姜片备用。
  • 5.锅里剩下的姜油放白糖,小火炒至融化,起泡。
  • 6.鸭肉放入锅中加入少量盐。
  • 7.炒至微黄。
  • 8.加入生抽和老抽调味,米酒去腥,加入炒好的生姜和大蒜。
  • 9.装入炖锅,隔水煮2小时。
  • 10.菜成,如果觉得有汤的话,另起一锅大火收一下汁,不收汁也不会影响味道。
