五色沙拉

Steps to make 五色沙拉

  • 1.红小柿子8个,绿苦菊1棵,黄日本豆腐1袋,白洋葱1块,黑海苔3片。
  • 2.苦菊一定要泡洗干净最后用凉开水洗一下控干备用,洋葱洗干净切备用,日本豆腐切片备用,准备好所有食材食材。
  • 3.摆个盘,把苦菊摆满盘,小柿子摆个花形,把洋葱撒在中间,日本豆腐摆成圈,中间放上撕碎的海苔。
  • 4.可以随意加上沙拉酱,䓍莓沙拉酱,黑胡椒酱,橄榄油,柠檬汁等。
  • 5.搅拌均匀就可以了享用了。
