【徽菜】红烧鱼尾 (家常菜)

    Steps to make 【徽菜】红烧鱼尾 (家常菜)

    • 1.把葱姜蒜切好备用。
    • 2.鱼尾买来后记得去掉鱼肚子里的黑膜,再加入葱白,姜丝,料酒,白胡椒粉,少量盐,腌制15分钟。
    • 3.鱼身沥干汁水后拍上淀粉油,锅烧热后加两片姜片爆香后,把鱼尾放入煎至。
    • 4.煎金黄后出锅。
    • 5.锅里留点余油,爆香姜蒜片和豆瓣酱炒香。
    • 6.把煎好的鱼放入,再倒入半碗的清水。
    • 7.加入酱油,料酒,白糖,盖上锅盖中火烧5分钟左右。(中途记得开盖把汤汁舀起来淋在鱼身上);
    • 8.等汤汁浓稠后关火,撒点鸡精,和葱花,出锅了。
    • 9.鱼身可能因为煎过,所以吃起来更很香呢!(喜欢可以试试,看左上角菜谱成品大图)
