  • 热水115克
  • 清水30克
  • 酒酿1盒

Steps to make 酒酿青团芋圆

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.先制作一块酒酿饼:将酒酿过滤。
  • 3.沥干后放入碗中压实,再戳出一个小圆洞,然后冷藏定型备用。
  • 4.糯米粉、澄粉与糖粉倒入碗中,再用热水冲泡青汁粉,然后倒入碗中混合搅拌成团备用。白色团子的材料混合后放入微波炉,高火转15秒,搅拌成团后加入青团面团中,混合揉成光滑面团,再搓成长条切小块,滚上糯米粉防止粘连。水开后倒入青团芋圆和青团圆子,煮至浮起后捞出过冷水,然后再捞出沥干水分,倒入成品碗中。
  • 5.放入酒酿饼和青团圆子,再淋上一圈桂花蜜即可。
