Steps to make 薯泥饼

  • 1.红薯去皮洗干净切片,水开上锅蒸熟。
  • 2.把低筋面粉,玉米淀粉,土豆淀粉,鸡蛋,一点盐加适量水搅拌调成稀糊状。
  • 3.准备适量白芝麻。
  • 4.红薯蒸熟取出捣碎成泥。
  • 5.加多些白糖,一点盐,些许牛奶,糯米粉搅拌均匀成稠糊状,也可以加多一点糯米粉弄成型可以捏成团,个人口感,本人喜欢不添加那么多粉,多吃红薯。所以就只是稠糊状。
