简易法腌出美味咸鸭蛋
今年这是第三次腌咸蛋了,每次我都用不同的方法多腌一些,人多分着吃,我用的鸭蛋是堂妹自家在池塘里养的鸭子产的,盐出来的咸蛋黄既红出油又多,特别好吃,今天的腌蛋方法是最简单的,最容易掌握的,不用什么调料,用的只有盐和酒,盐的蛋黄都出油了,蛋清却不是那么咸,口感也很好。

  • 1.选择新鲜的无裂纹的鸭蛋。
  • 2.放在水里泡一会洗干净,把蛋壳外面的一层保护膜洗掉就容易进咸味了。
  • 3.用厨房用纸擦干净,再晾一会,不要带着水腌,那样容易变质。
  • 4.准备好盐和高度白酒
  • 5.先把蛋放酒里沾均匀
  • 6.再放到盐里滚一把盐沾均匀
  • 7.都沾匀了放入容器里面
  • 8.盖上盖密封,再把外面贴上时间标签,以防忘记的腌制的时间
  • 9.二十天后就可以吃了,一个月后蛋黄全部出油
